The study of the regalia of the "Golden Man" made it possible for the first time not only to present the features of the Saka cosmogony, but also to prove the existence of a developed ideological emblem system among the ancient tribes of Zhetysu, about the formation of the concept of justification of the supreme power among the Saka.
