Sakenov Sergazy
In 2003, he graduated from the Bachelor's degree program at Karaganda State University named after Academician E. Buketov in the specialty "History of Kazakhstan". In 2005, he completed a Master's degree at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, majoring in History and Archaeology. In 2016-2020, he studied for a doctorate at the Faculty of History of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU. In 2020, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "The Bronze Age of Northern Kazakhstan (based on the materials of the settlement of Shagalaly II)", scientific supervisor is Zh. Taymagambetov.
He studied in various foreign scientific centers: the State Hermitage Museum (Russia, St. Petersburg, 2007), the University of Bologna (Italy, Bologna, 2014), the Institute of Archaeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Russia, Moscow, 2015), ChelSU (Russia, Chelyabinsk, 2020). Has extensive experience in the implementation of projects within the framework of grant funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is the author and co-author of over 50 scientific publications on archaeology of Kazakhstan.
