
Rakhimjanova Saule
In 2009, she graduated from the Faculty of History and Law of Ualikhanov University. In 2018, she defended her Candidate's thesis on "Ceramic traditions of Eneolithic-Early Bronze Age on the territory of steppe Ob-Irtysh interfluve". Her supervisor is Doctor of History, Professor Y.F. Kiryushin.
After graduation from magistracy she worked as Junior Research officer at A. Margulan Archaeological Joint Scientific-Practical Centre at S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University. While working in the centre, she participated in excavation and prospecting works of the settlement Borly, Borly 4, site Shiderty 2, burial mound Shiderty 13, burial mound Kenzhekol 1, as a part of DAE under the direction of V.K. Merts. Later worked as a Researcher at the Research Institute of Archaeology and Culturogenesis at Kokshe Academy, took part in the CAE expedition to the Botay settlement under the direction of V.F. Zaibert. During her postgraduate studies at Altai State University worked in the laboratory of interdisciplinary study of Western Sibiria and Altai archaeology. At the same time she took part in excavation work in Khanty-Mansiysk region at the settlement Balinskoe 73 and Syroy Agan 6 and supervised together with E.A. Girchenko the excavations at the settlement Balinskoe 63.
After defence of the dissertation she worked in scientific-research institute "Khalyk kazynasy" National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan and department of archaeology of an era of a stone of Margulan Institute of Archaeology.
Research interests: ceramics of Neolithic-Early Bronze Age, Early Iron Age, stone typology.
